Dear Parishioners,
After a great deal of thinking about and praying about whether or not to hold our parish picnic on June 7, 2020 it has been regretfully decided to cancel the event this year due to the
Covid-19 virus. It is felt that some would attend but many would choose not to attend. For this reason it was decided we want to hold the event when most of us can celebrate with our parish family. We did not even reschedule due to all the unknown factors at this time.
This said let us remind you that we are still going forward with our parish raffle fundraiser. We are currently selling tickets so please contact the parish office about making your purchases. The drawing will still take place on June 7, 2020 on parish grounds at 2:00pm. We hope to set up a table in the parking lot with the ticket barrel on it and encourage all that can come join us to please do so. In the event the weather does not cooperate with our plan for outdoors the event will be held in the parish hall.
As a reminder 100% of the proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets will be used toward
Christian Outreach. Now more than ever people are in need of assistance in many ways.
Please make every effort to join us. We can still practice social distancing yet have an opportunity to smile at and wave to one another. If you have any questions please call the parish office at 989-386-9862.
