Holy Redeemer by the Sea Catholic Parish has been serving the Outer Banks since 1929, when our story began with a single devout Catholic woman hosting Mass in her home.
From these humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a vibrant faith community that welcomes thousands of worshippers each season.
Our beautiful church in Kitty Hawk, dedicated in 2001, stands as a testament to our parish’s remarkable journey of faith, perseverance, and growth.
